Introduction and user's Guide
Indices are effective devices in identification, retrieving, and dissemination of organization, retrieval, and dissemination of information. In case there were no indices, published papers and reports in journals, of whatever scientific value, would be accessible and usable only for a very short period of time, and because of incessant increasing volume of the bulk of published materials , they would fall into oblivion , and access to them would have been merely possible through memory or by paging through all volumes of a journal.
Through keeping and dissemination of the published information in journals, the indices alleviate information provision in the society which in turn results in the permanence of information, and the continuation of its effectiveness throughout time. In other words, Indices enhance efficiency in the society with access to the available information; reduction of time needed for search; and increasing scientific ability of researchers.
Subject coverage of the present index includes psychology, management, and education.The time coverage of the journals includes /holds the time span of 1993 to 2010.
Search through the Index
A. Title Index Search; provided that the goal of search is to find the Specifications of a paper with a certain title, the researcher might refer to the title index, locate the code of the paper of their concern, and then by referring to the title index &retrieve the bibliographical information of paper Title based on code retrieval.
B. Author Index search; provided that the goal of search is to find the bibliographical specifications of a paper from/by a certain author, the researcher might refer to the Author Index, locate the code of the paper of their interest, and then by referring to the title index, locate the code of the paper of their interest, and then by referring to the title index, retrieve the bibliographical information of paper title based on code retrieval.
C. subject Index search: provided that the goal of search is to find the bibliographical specifications of a paper of a certain subject area, the researcher might refer to the subject Index & retrieve the bibliographical information of paper title based on code retrieval.
Information of each Index
Subject Index: The information of each index include the paper code and the no. of its pages by using which, the user might search the complete bibliographical information of the paper. Thus, information retrieval in this index is made up of two stages.
Title Index
Title Index has been alphabetically set , i.e. letter by letter from A to Z ,and against each name comes the codes of papers the author concerned wrote or translated , to which reference is made .It is possible to access the complete bibliographical information of a paper by using these codes and referring to the title , based on retrieval code.
Author Index
The name of the authors have been alphabetically set, i.e letter by letter from A to Z , and against each (Sur)name ,reference has been made to the codes of papers each author or translator has developed/written , and access to complete bibliographic information of papers is feasible through using these codes and referring to titles , based on retrieval codes.
Title Indices based on Retrieval codes
Titles specified in each indexed source have been arranged underneath each source based on serial numbers starting from 1 and continuing systematically in a numerical order complete access to all indices& complete bibliographical information is possible through this selection part
